Awareness

Whether I’m driving, walking through an airport, or cleaning the kitchen, awareness remains the same.

If I’m out with a friend eating dinner, the event is just happening — not tied to a sense of time, not held by a before or after, coming or going.

It’s just happening.

It’s all now.

Instead of the energy of “self” being bundled in thought, the sense of “me” sits within awareness, which is timeless and dimensionless.

Another word for awareness is emptiness.

In the hollowed emptiness of now, awareness becomes the default lens.
