Hi, I’m Jason

I first came across meditation while backpacking South America in my early twenties. Something back then struck a chord — a sense there was more to explore beneath the surface.

Back in London and drawn to the waft of Nag Champa and early morning Ashtanga (Mysore) Practice, the local Zen centre, and the pull toward Shamanism — what followed were years of practice, training, and more travel — weaving in Yoga Teacher Trainings, a Shamanic Practitioner Course, and stretches of time abroad, training in KAP and Conscious Connected Breathwork.

I now share a secular approach to meditation, drawing from Buddhist and Non-Dual traditions, weaved together with the practices of Yoga, Breathwork, Light Body Activation, and Shamanism.
