About

Jason first came across meditation while in Nepal in his early twenties, attending a Vipassana Retreat, which opened the door to an exploration of Buddhism, Yoga, and Shamanism, leading to extended time in monasteries and retreat centres across India, Thailand, and Nepal.

His practice has been shaped by the insight tradition of Mahasi Sayadaw, the Thai Forest monasteries of Ajahn Chah, Dzogchen (studying with Lama Justin, Yangti Yoga), Kashmir Shaiva Tantra with Bettina Bäumer, and retreats with teachers with such as Geshe Tenzin Zopa, Stephen Snyder, Delson Armstrong, amongst others.

Jason trained in Sacred Tree’s Shadow of the Shaman practitioner course, Kriya Yoga, KAP, Conscious Connected Breathwork (Evolution of Breath), Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga, and healing rooted in Barbara Ann Brennan's Hands of Light.

He's now based in Portugal, offering workshops and retreats, helping people to connect with direct experience — the empty awareness and presence that’s already here.
