Jason first came across Buddhism while backpacking in his early 20’s, attending a first Vipassana retreat in Lumbini. Returning to London, he started a dedicated practice while attending more retreats. Another trip to Asia, this time to India and Thailand spending time in monasteries and centres.
His practice has been shaped by the insight tradition of Theravada Buddhism, the Thai Forest lineage, Dzogchen (including formal studies), Kriya Yoga and secular Non-Dual teachings.. Along the way, learning from Geshe Tenzin Zopa, Bettina Bäumer, Delson Armstrong and Tantraya, amongst others.
In addition, teacher trainings in Hatha, Vinayasa & Kundalini Yoga, KAP, Conscious Connected Breathwork and Sacred Tree’s Shadow of the Shaman practitioner course.
He’s now based in the U.K. and Portugal, sharing his love for the path.
