Meditation Resources & Retreats
Introduction
One way to significantly deepen your meditation practice is on retreat. While daily meditation can be sufficient, retreats offer the opportunity for breakthroughs, as the environment becomes a pressure cooker for insights, cessations, jhanas and all sorts. This does however come with a warning label, as retreats can propel some dark night material, which is very much part of the path for some yogis:
